Terms and Conditions 2016

  • Primary Partnership
    1. Primary partner
      1. provides full sponsorship (travel, accommodation, and speaking fees) for a plenary speaker
      2. promotes that year’s SKA conference via social media and email mailing lists
    2. SKA
      1. provides 1 exhibitor’s table for the organization at the conference free of charge
      2. places organization’s roll-up at the front of the plenary hall
      3. publishes Primary partner’s logo on all materials produced for the conference and link on both the conference and Chamber’s websites for 12 months
      4. mentions the partner’s organization at the conference opening and closing as a partner
      5. promotes partner’s events in Slovakia for 12 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
  • Conference Partnership
    1. Conference partner does one or more of the following:
      1. covers the costs of the purchase and printing of the conference writing pad (A5, estimated 150 pieces)
      2. covers the costs of the printing of the conference program (A5, estimated 30 pages)
      3. covers the costs of the purchase and printing of the conference bag (larger than A4, estimated 150 pieces)
      4. covers the costs of the graphic designer (for poster, flyers, banners, covers, program, etc.)
      5. makes a donation of 1000 EUR to defray conference costs

                         B. SKA

      1. places Raffle partner’s roll-up at the front of the plenary hall
      2. promotes partner in Slovakia as follows
        1. For numbers 1 or 2
          1. link/logo on conference and SKA websites
          2. partner events for 3 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
        2. For numbers 3 or 4
          1. link/logo on conference and SKA websites
          2. publishes raffle partner’s logo in the program
          3. mentions the partner’s organization at the conference opening and closing as a partner
          4. partner events for 6 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
        3. For numbers 3 AND 4 or number 5
          1. link/logo on conference and SKA websites
          2. publishes raffle partner’s logo in the program
          3. mentions the partner’s organization at the conference opening and closing as a partner
          4. partner events for 6 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
          5. 1 exhibitor’s table free of charge at that year’s SKA conference
        4. For numbers 3 AND 4 plus 1 or 2, OR for gift of 1500 EUR or more
          1. link/logo on conference and SKA websites
          2. publishes raffle partner’s logo in the program
          3. mentions the partner’s organization at the conference opening and closing as a partner
          4. partner events for 6 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
          5. 2 exhibitor’s tables free of charge at that year’s SKA conference
  • Media Partner
    1. Media partner
      1. publishes an online or hardcopy article or video about SKA’s conference at least one month prior to the conference
      2. publishes an online or hardcopy article or video about SKA’s conference after the event takes place
      3. promotes SKA’s conference with an online or hardcopy ad in its publication at least one month prior to the conference
      4. publishes SKA’s link and logo on their website
    2. SKA
      1. publishes Media partner’s logo in the conference program and link on both the conference and Chamber’s websites for a year
      2. places organization’s roll-up at the front of the plenary hall
      3. mentions the partner’s publication as partner at the conference opening and closing
      4. promotes partner’s publication in Slovakia for 12 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
  • Raffle Sponsor (all prizes must be directly related to English, teaching or a cultural event, e.g. theatre tickets)
    1. Raffle prize value:
      1. Up to 100 EUR
      2. 101 to 200 EUR
      3. 201 to 300 EUR
      4. Over 300 EUR
      5. Over 400 EUR
    2. SKA’s commitment: all sponsors will be announced at the conference opening and closing (either verbally or using a visual – .ppxt or roll-up – to be decided by organizer)
      1. Raffle Option 1
        1. SKA publishes Raffle sponsor’s logo and link on the conference website for 3 months from the signing of the agreement
      2. Raffle Option 2
        1. SKA publishes Raffle sponsor’s logo and link on the conference and SKA website for 6 months from the signing of the agreement
        2. SKA promotes sponsor’s events for 3 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
      3. Raffle Option 3
        1. SKA publishes Raffle sponsor’s logo and link on the conference website and SKA for 12 months from the signing of the agreement
        2. SKA promotes sponsor’s events for 6 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
      4. Raffle Option 4
        1. SKA publishes Raffle sponsor’s logo and link on the conference and SKA website for 12 months from the signing of the agreement
        2. SKA promotes sponsor’s events for 12 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
        3. SKA provides 1 exhibitor’s table at the conference free of charge
      5. Raffle Option 4
        1. SKA publishes Raffle sponsor’s logo and link on the conference and SKA website for 12 months from the signing of the agreement
        2. SKA promotes sponsor’s events for 12 months (from the time partnership agreement is signed) via social media and via email to all SKA members
        3. SKA provides 1 exhibitor’s table at the conference free of charge
        4. SKA provides one 30-minute presentation slot for the sponsor (upon agreement of content)
